Surrounded by 50,000 square metres of typical Mediterranean vegetation, the complex consists of small buildings (max. 2 floors) and the flats (94) can be located on the raised ground floor, on the first floor or spread over two floors. The flats are bright, functionally furnished and all have air conditioning, a balcony or private garden and garden furniture.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
