General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a patio, an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Sotta: Beautiful villa "Costa Gelata", 2 storeys. In the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 12 km from the sea, 12 km from the beach. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool angular (depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Centre de Sotta" 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Santa Giulia" 12 km. Sports harbour 12 km, golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Plage de Santa Giulia 12 km, Plage de Palombaggia 18 km, Port de Porto-Vecchio 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospedale 36 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
