Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the centre of Muratello, outside the resort, 7.2 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, 7 km from the sea, 7.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 600 m2 (fenced). Grocery 50 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 170 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Cala Verde" 7.8 km. Sports harbour 10 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 8 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 13 km, Plage de Palombaggia 16 km, Bonifacio 33 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de L'Ospedale 22 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
