Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
Single-family house. In the resort 10 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, on top of a hill, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, road to cross. Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 6.5 km, sandy beach "Plage de Palombaggia" 500 m. Sports harbour 9 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville de Porto-Vecchio 10 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 8 km, Bonifacio 26 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospédale 20 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 48 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
