The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
