General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a patio, a table tennis table, a terrace, a barbecue, a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 30. Sep.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house with WC, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking on the premises. Shop 9 km, grocery 850 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery 850 m, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 150 m (small). Sports harbour 22 km, surf school 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Porticcio 5.6 km, Ajaccio 24 km, Coti Chiavari 17 km. Hiking paths: Tour génoise de l'isolella 1.3 km, Sentier du Myrte 5.8 km, Iles sanguinaires 38 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
