The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a single sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a set of garden furniture and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

Detailed information

Our house is in a very quiet location, far removed from the tourist crowds.

Plenty of privacy; the seating area is completely secluded from the rest of the house.

A large sliding glass door separates the living room from the covered loggia, furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. The apartment also includes a private garden area with shaded spots. The garden-level apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (200 cm x 140 cm). Air conditioning is provided.

Upstairs, an additional sleeping wing with one or two bedrooms and a bathroom can be rented. The first additional bedroom has two 90 cm wide beds and is lockable from the rest of the house. The second additional bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed.

Access is via an external garden staircase and is suitable for an additional 2-4 adults or older children. See photos of the upper floor.

The rooms are lockable with a key.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
