This holiday home offers spacious, comfortable apartments designed for 4 to 6 guests. Each apartment comes with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. Guests can enjoy a private balcony or terrace, and pets are welcome for a small additional fee. Amenities include a bathroom with a WC, and a television for entertainment. A refundable security deposit is required, and additional charges apply for linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.

The property is ideally located near the beautiful Étang de Diane, and just 2 kilometers from the beach. Nature lovers will find plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking, horseback riding, windsurfing, jet skiing, and diving. Additionally, the area offers access to local shops, restaurants, and cafes, providing plenty of opportunities to relax and explore the charming surroundings.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, allowing guests to cook their own meals. The property also features a private outdoor pool with a children's paddling pool (open from May to September). For convenience, there is an exterior parking lot, and cleaning services are available for an extra charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
