A peaceful location between the Oso and Cavu rivers, offering 180° views of the Oso Valley and approximately a 10-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Saint Cyprien.

A staircase leads to the entrance of the house (156 m²) which comprises four bedrooms accommodating eight people. The living room opens onto a shaded terrace, a swimming pool, and a pool house. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms, and a shower room with a toilet. A separate toilet, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
