General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

"Tarabucetta", 5-room villa 160 m2. Large living/dining room 50 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Studio with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Tarabucetta: Villa "Tarabucetta", renovated in 2023. In the hamlet Tarabucetta, 12 km from the sea, 12 km from the beach. Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool angular, with privacy (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 6.5 km, bus stop "Prunu-Tarabucetta" 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Figari" 12 km. Sports harbour 14 km, golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Aéroport de Figari 6.5 km, Plage de Santa Giulia 17 km, Plage de Palombaggia 22 km, Port plaisance Pianotolli 14 km, Port plaisance Porto-Vecchio 17 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de l'Ospedale 38 km. Hiking paths: Les Aiguilles de Bavella 54 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment (included).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
