Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Parking. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The living room, the two bedrooms and the shower room with toilet are separate. Each room opens directly onto the terrace. To go from one room to another, you need to pass outside. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
