Each air-conditioned apartment offers comfortable living and a well-equipped kitchenette for a convenient stay.

The residence is enclosed and secured with an automatic, code-operated gate. The small houses are arranged in clusters of 2 to 6 units.The apartments—mostly duplexes—range from 2-room units for 4 people to 3-room mezzanine apartments accommodating 6 to 8 guests. All are air-conditioned and come with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher), as well as a bathroom or shower room with a toilet.Accessible accommodations are available: four 2-room apartments (for 4 people) and four 3-room apartments (for 4 to 6 people) are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
