The residence is fully enclosed and features a secure, code-operated automatic gate. The small houses are arranged in clusters of 2 to 6 units.The accommodations, primarily duplex apartments, range from 2-room units for 4 people to 3-room mezzanine apartments for 6 to 8 guests. All apartments are air-conditioned and come with a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, and either a bathroom or shower room with toilet.Accessibility-friendly options are available: four 2-room apartments (for 4 people) and four 3-room apartments (for 4 to 6 people) are designed for guests with reduced mobility. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
