Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace partly roofed, east facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, sitting area. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
