A PASSAGEWAY LEADS TO SPACIOUS, COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS, WHICH ARE AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS. TWO TERRACES TO THE SOUTH AND NORTH OVERLOOKING THE GARDENS AND SWIMMING POOL, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY BREAKFAST AND THE MORNING CALM.

The ground floor of approximately 220 m² comprises the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and two three-seater sofas; next to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom; a fully-equipped kitchen with cooker, traditional oven and microwave oven; a dining room with fireplace, including 2 large tables for 12 guests. A skydome overlooks the patio with a fountain and armchairs for relaxing. A 250 m2 first floor has been converted into four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a mini bar.

The famous Place Plumereau and Place de Châteauneuf, just a 7-minute drive from the historic centre where you'll find restaurants and bars, are two of the region's must-sees. The Cathedral of Saint Gatien, the Basilica of Saint Martin de Tours, and the Olivier Debrée Contemporary Centre, the Vinci International Conference Centre and the emblematic Musée des Beaux Arts are all within easy reach.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
