The kitchen provides everything needed for a stress-free stay: dishes and kitchen utensils, electric kettle, sink, toaster, electric coffee maker, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer.The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm) and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds (80×190 cm) and wardrobe, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (80×190 cm) and wardrobe. The bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old, with a maximum weight of 60 kg. The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a shower and sink, with a separate WC for added convenience.Step outside to the covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a clothes drying rack — perfect for enjoying the mild Centre-Val de Loire climate at any time of day.Services included: blankets and pillows, bed linen and towels, baby kit on reservation (travel cot, high chair, baby bath – mattress not provided), and one vehicle.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
