This accommodation is composed of two separate modules, each designed to provide comfort and privacy for guests.Module 1 features a comfortable living room with a bench, table and chairs, television, and heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Room 1 offers a double bed (160x200 cm) with a wardrobe, while Room 2 and Room 3 each have two single beds (80x190 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and heating, and there is a separate WC.Module 2 provides another living room with bench, table and chairs, television, and heating, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, electric kettle, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Room 1 has a double bed (160x200 cm) with wardrobe, and Room 2 contains two single beds (80x190 cm) with a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and heating, plus a separate WC.Outside, a semi-covered terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, garden furniture, sun loungers, a clothesline, and a Plancha grill for outdoor enjoyment.Included services comprise blankets and pillows, bed linen and towels, a baby kit on request (travel cot, high chair, baby bath), and parking for two vehicles.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
