The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, electric kettle, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, making meal preparation simple and enjoyable.Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) and wardrobe. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
