Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it also features a large covered wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying time together both indoors and outdoors.Module 1 The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, electric kettle, sink, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer – everything you need for a stress-free stay. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds (80×190 cm) and wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a single bed (80×190 cm) and wardrobe. The bathroom provides a shower, sink, and heating, while a separate WC adds extra convenience.Module 2 The living area offers a bench, table with chairs, television, and heating – a cozy space to relax after a day exploring the Sologne region. Sleeping arrangements in this module mirror Module 1: a master bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds (80×190 cm) and wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a single bed (80×190 cm) and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and heating, with a separate WC for added comfort.Step outside to the covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers, and a clothesline – ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air.Included services: blankets and pillows, bed linen and towels, baby kit on reservation (travel cot, high chair, baby bath – mattress not provided), and two vehicles.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
