Surrounded by a forest, a stagnant lake, and overlooking rapeseed fields, it is an oasis of tranquility, yet only a fifteen-minute walk from the picturesque village of Palluau-sur-Indre, dominated by an imposing chateau open to visitors.
The semi-detached accommodation, which sleeps up to 7 people, features a garden and terrace and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and 3 bathrooms with showers. Free private parking is available, as is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
