The gîte's kitchen is fully equipped for your needs: oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, as well as two gas hobs and two electric ones. A large fridge with freezer and dishwasher are also available for your convenience. The living room includes an SFR TV lounge with several foreign channels such as CNN, and allows you to use your Netflix or Prime Video accounts. A hi-fi system is also available, as well as a free wifi connection thanks to fibre. The dining room can accommodate up to 6 people, ensuring convivial moments.

Outside, there is a furnished terrace with a table and six chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. A small private garden features a large barbecue, coffee table and sun loungers. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
