The 3-star Eco-Gîte is located in the upper hamlet of the village of Le Pêchereau, with a panoramic view over the Creuse Valley, the church and the village. It is situated in the natural countryside of the Creuse Valley, with the river running nearby (1 km) and fishing courses, or beaches in summer. A "voie verte" (greenway) passes 100 m away, offering numerous cycling and walking routes in the heart of nature. The south of Berry, your trip in its purest form!

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
