Located in Orléans, city of Art and History, this aparthotel offers an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends. It offers a free-access fitness room, a relaxation lounge, bicycle storage and parking (by reservation, limited places, €10/day). Animals are allowed (10€/day/animal).

The property is located in a secure residential area, approximately 15 minutes' walk from the city center and train station. Charlemagne Island, with its large playground and sports activities (basketball, volleyball, tree climbing), will delight the youngest.

The double rooms (17m² minimum) have a kitchenette, a living room with a double bed and a bathroom with WC. Wifi is free. Bed and bathroom linen are provided (with weekly replacement in residential formula). End-of-stay cleaning starts at €60 (average stay 5 to 28 nights). Daily cleaning is offered in the hotel formula, and mid-week in the residential formula (from 9€ for a daily cleaning/recharge, or from 40€ for a complete weekly cleaning). A breakfast service (takeaway box) is available for €7. A deposit of €300 per accommodation (residential formula) and tourist tax must be paid on site. A television is included.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
