The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), two nightstands and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each). On the mezzanine are a desk and an armchair. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room boasts a wood burning stove, a sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen television and a DVD player. The bathroom boasts a shower, a large sink and a hairdryer. The house also offers wireless internet access.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The property is enclosed, yet the driveway is open. There is a large patio with outdoor furniture, a hammock and two sun loungers. A barbecue is available, as well. The kids will love playing on the fenced in football pitch.

You can make use of two bicycles at no additional cost. A parking space is available in front of the house. Enjoy a beautiful day on the Atlantic Ocean, only 900 meters from the house. It is about five kilometres to the nearest grocery store. Visit Pont-l'Abbé (10 km) or go surfing in Plomeur (12 km). It is 23 km to the capitol of the Finistère, Quimper, where you can enjoy a cider and visit Saint Corentin Cathedral. It is only 50 km to Concarneau with its beautiful harbour and fortress.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
