Three bedrooms, each with its own private staircase, offer plenty of privacy and a place to retreat. A sleeping area on the mezzanine is located above the living area. One bedroom even offers a panoramic sea view. The outdoor area is furnished with spacious garden furniture, various cozy seating areas, and lounge chairs. An enclosed outdoor area offers the opportunity to enjoy a warm shower after a day at the beach. The famous picturesque town of Pont-Aven and the popular port town of Concarneau are just 10 km away.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
