Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
