The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and two coffee makers.

Comfortable holiday home in northern Finistère with a large, enclosed garden, a veranda, and a beautiful covered barbecue area. The sheltered outdoor space with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue is perfect for convivial evenings and is a real highlight, even in the off-season.

The house offers comfortable furnishings and ample space for up to 9 people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), directly adjacent to a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m)
another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 x 1.90 m). The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is separate. For guests who wish to combine work and vacation, a home office is also available.

The coast, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is easily accessible. Nearby, on Lake Saint-Renan, waterskiing is offered – a special experience for all ages. This vacation home is ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy comfort, tranquillity, and proximity to the sea – any time of year.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is not adapted to people with limited mobility We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
