Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 open rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 180 cm, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
