These 3 independent, semi-detached houses, lovingly prepared by an artist as generous as she is passionate, invite you to take a break from time. Everything here reflects Anne-Claire's attachment to nature and her desire to make your stay memorable.

Located in the commune of Saint-Connan, these gîtes are 20 km south of Guingamp, with all amenities, 17 km west of Quintin, a charming little town full of character, and 40 km from the beaches.
Grocery shop 4 km away and small, well-stocked town 10 km away: Bourbriac.

The Gîte "Au Paradis des Grèbes":
On the ground floor you will find :

 The living room with open-plan kitchen, fitted and equipped, opens onto the pond.
 Sofa convertible into a large single bed or a small double bed.

1st floor:

 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage space.
 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and storage space
 Bathroom with toilet.

Access to the shared courtyard, where you'll find garden furniture for relaxing and a barbecue shared with the other gîtes.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

Free parking opposite the gîte in the public car park.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
