It includes a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The large bathroom has a bath/shower and twin basins, while the toilet is separate. All in all, the 80m² apartment has been designed for maximum comfort.

Outside, a charming terrace overlooks the water, promising complete relaxation and unforgettable moments with a breathtaking view of the river. Pedalos and canoes are available free of charge for exploring and immersing yourself in the wealth of local flora and fauna. For hiking enthusiasts, paths such as the GR34 and Saint Jacques de Compostelle are accessible from the property.
