This 4-bedroom villa with a view of fabulous Pont-Aven harbor rests in Pont-Aven not far from the sea. The villa has a private swimming pool with a wooden deck and plenty of garden furniture to enjoy outdoor living. It is ideal for a family or group of 6 persons.
Pont-Aven is a charming old town on the south coast of Brittany, busy with sailing ships since morning until evening. At 500 m away from the villa, you have a lively town center and restaurants to enjoy local culture and cuisine. Supermarkets are 1 km away if you wish to buy groceries. The sea with water sport opportunities rests at 10 km and promises a fun-filled day.
The villa has a private enclosed garden, consisting of a grassy field with trees to relax and unwind in the hours of sunshine. For enjoying your evenings, you have a barbecue and a private terrace. Bicycles are available. You can bring a pet here. A children's bed and high chair are present.
The train station is 18 km. Lorient - Quimper airport is 40 km.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
