The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a porch, a terrace and a football table and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a fridge, two tumble dryers and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stove.

An absolutely dream holiday location – you could almost say "on" the beach. Beautifully situated in a stunning bay, with a swimming pool in the garden and the beach right outside the door – it really doesn't get any closer. We call this our beach house with a "yacht feeling." Slightly elevated above the pool, the fully glazed living room offers a complete and breathtaking sea view across the beach – it couldn't be more magnificent – it's indescribably authentic and impressive – this location is almost unique in our region. The sofa and dining table offer stunning sea views from every seat. Not only does the house have its own private swimming pool (please note it's only open from June 1st to September 30th), but the master bedroom with its own small balcony overlooking the living area is also located above the yacht-like living space, complete with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and two bedrooms (one with two separate beds – we recommend this as a children's room). On one side is a beautifully landscaped courtyard with palm trees and several parking spaces (secured by a large gate); on the other side is beach access; in front of this is a small lawn with a swing and the pool. This area is also completely enclosed by walls and fences – a beach gate provides direct access to the sea and the swimming area. A separate playroom is available for sports and games.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
