Situated in the centre of the well-known, historic village of Plouguerneau, this holiday home with its lovingly landscaped garden can accommodate up to 9 people. Tastefully furnished, the accommodation offers a cosy ambience with lots of charm, not least because of its comfortable eat-in kitchen and large open fireplace. Children, parents and pets can enjoy a relaxing holiday over 3 floors. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide privacy under one roof, even on holiday. Sunbathing in the dunes from spring to late autumn, deserted beaches, kilometres of mountain bike tours along the coast, numerous golf courses and horse riding on the beach, sailing courses, kite flying and hiking tours - the sporting possibilities are almost endless. For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, the town is characterised by charming little restaurants and a church steeped in history. Plouguerneau is close to the coast (3km) and the famous fjord 'Aber W'rack' is also on the doorstep. The holiday home Ty Ar Peoc'h (House of Peace) is characterised by plenty of space. There are four bedrooms on two floors. There is also a bathroom on each floor. On the lowest floor is the very spacious kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room, which continues the spacious layout. In the living area you will find a satellite TV, CD player and a large open fireplace. Plouguerneau is very close to the famous Abers, fjord-like inlets that extend deep into the interior. This part of Brittany is not yet overrun by tourists and offers nature lovers an unspoilt landscape. The immediate proximity to the sea, combined with the originality of the historic village, is what makes this holiday destination so attractive. Plougouernau has a well-established infrastructure with old houses, a historic church, traditional weekly markets, but also a large supermarket with a wide selection of fresh regional delicacies. Golf: There are two golf courses in the immediate vicinity (approx. 15-20 minutes by car). The 'Brest-les-Abers' course is a very beautiful 18-hole course set in a hilly landscape.
