This comfortable, Breton holiday home offers a fantastic view of the sea and the upstream Köste. The beautifully planted property on the hillside is located on a small hill above the bay of Terenez. In only 300 m you reach the small harbor and the first sand and pebble beach. In midsummer the private car parking space is on the private property! Enjoy the somewhat withdrawn location and the wonderful view from the terrace and practically all rooms of your holiday home. The eight beaches belonging to the municipality are located at the eastern end of the Bay of Morlaix and are spread over 17 km of coastline. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
