It is the starting point for many excursions.

Upstairs you have 4 cocooning bedrooms overlooking the sea + 1 other as an option.
From your bed you can enjoy the view as if you were on a boat.

The beach is at the foot of the house. There is also a sailing school at the foot of the house, as well as 2 restaurants. The town of PAIMPOL is 9 kms away and Saint QUAY PORTRIEUX is 12 kms away.
L'ILE DE BREAT is 20 minutes away by car.
A visit to PORTRIEUX and LEZARDRIEUX is a must.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
