Large, open kitchen 30 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, dining table. Exit to the garden. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 24 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room 14 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
