Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
