General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Garden 236 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
