The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 15 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
