The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, three heaters, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace and there are two gardens and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with two baths, three washbasins and three showers.

Large hydrangea bushes greet holidaymakers in the garden – you even have a private parking space on the property (charging station for electric vehicles included). The garden is fully fenced. From the sea side, the villa presents itself in its best stately fashion – naturally with the typical three dormer windows that can be seen on all typical Breton houses here in Finistère. In front of it lies a large stone terrace and your 1500 m² garden – with direct views of the sea, the fishing port, and the bay of Portsall – simply breathtaking. And thanks to the slightly elevated position of the property, you'll be completely private. From virtually every room in the house, you have a stunning view of the sea and the bay – from all the bedrooms, the living room, and even the spa area. The house boasts spaciousness in a country-house style, and the interior design seamlessly blends modern and traditional elements. Everything has been renovated; the kitchen is new, functional, and practical, and open to the dining area. All bathrooms and toilets have been updated with high-quality materials in a modern setting. A spa area with a private shower and a large Klafs sauna has been created. Your sea-view holiday home offers three bedrooms – all with views of the harbor and the sea. On the right side of the upper floor is the master bedroom (180x200 cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Two further bedrooms also offer beautiful sea views (160x200 cm and 140x200 cm; we recommend a maximum of 5 adults). Your dog is very welcome (registration required) – please, no cats. The beautiful, spacious living and dining area features the manor house's centerpiece: a man-high, antique granite fireplace (now fitted with a modern wood-burning stove). In summer, guests can relax on the large granite terrace and enjoy the stunning sea view, while in autumn, they can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the cozy living area after a wonderfully relaxing sauna session.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
