The living and dining room includes comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth during cooler evenings. A fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and washing machine ensures practical comfort for longer stays. WiFi, heating, private parking, and a cot for younger guests are available, ensuring year-round comfort and convenience. The steep staircase leading to the first floor is not suitable for young children.

The outdoor space is one of the home’s strongest highlights. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
