Upper floor: small office with sloping ceilings. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings with rooflight, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace 40 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
