This 40m² apartment, located on the picturesque port of Dahouet, accommodates up to four guests with a 140x190cm sofa bed in the lounge and two 90x190cm twin beds in the bedroom. Pet policies are not specified. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
Its prime location on the port provides easy access to shops and a local market. A free shuttle connects to the town's three centers (Pleneuf le bourg, Val Andre la plage, and Dahouet le port) from mid-July to the end of August (dates vary annually).
The apartment includes a lounge area (with sofa bed), a dining area, an open kitchen (induction hob, oven with microwave, kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table for six with extension), a living room overlooking the port with a television and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rail, sink, mirror, WC, and hair dryer, and a bedroom. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
