From the cosy sitting area, as well as from the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking view at any time of the day. Two comfortable bedrooms and two state-of-the-art bathrooms are located on the ground floor.
The coastal path, which passes right in front of the house, leads to the harbour and a little further on to the beautiful sandy beaches of Perros Guirec.

The famous seaside resort has much to offer in all seasons. In the summer, all kinds of water sports and outdoor activities are available. In the off-season, hiking, cultural events and wellness treatments at the thalassotherapy centre are also available. A boat trip to the seven islands of the bird sanctuary is also an unforgettable experience. The numerous cliffs provide shelter and a protected habitat for countless bird species. The hinterland is rich in historic towns, which invite you to stroll through the medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses and granite houses. The culinary offer of the region is also very varied, so don't hesitate to try the delicious crêpes, the mussels, the wines or the famous galettes au beurre salé!

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
