Large patio doors open onto an exotic hardwood terrace, welcoming you into a spacious living area a cozy sitting space.Living room features bench seating, a table and chairs, television, mirror, and heating, while the kitchen provides everything you need for effortless meal preparation, including crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and fridge/freezer. The bedroom offers a double bed (160x200 cm), safe, heating, and wardrobe, and the second bedroom has two bunk beds (80x190 cm each, not suitable for children under 6 years. Maximum weight: 60 kg.) heating, and wardrobe. The bathroom includes an extra-large shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and heating, with a separate toilet for convenience.Outside, the covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and clothes horse provides the perfect space to relax or dine al fresco.Included services ensure a stress-free stay, with duvets and pillows, sheets and bathroom towels, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi (one code for up to three devices, three free codes), and a baby kit on request (travel cot, high chair, bath; mattress not supplied), along with parking for one vehicle. Optional services on reservation include beds made on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
