Have you always dreamt of spending a holiday directly on the Atlantic, with family or friends, and waking up to the sound of the waves? Then you're sure to love this magnificent house.
When this former farmhouse dating from 1925 was completely renovated in 2006, particular attention was paid to preserving its original character. With 240 m² of living space, it offers plenty of space and comfort for up to thirteen people. Whether you're in the living room with its large picture windows, on the terrace or in one of the four bedrooms upstairs - the ocean is omnipresent with a magnificent panorama. The ground floor houses the large 23 m² kitchen with a dining table capable of bringing everyone in the house together for meals. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all modern appliances. Of particular note is the beautiful traditional six-burner gas cooker. From the kitchen, you have access to both the large terrace and the living room. The living room measures 40 m2 and comprises a dining area with a large table and a sitting area with oak furniture, a leather sofa, a television with digital TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Through the large windows, you can see the Bay of Audierne and its rocks beyond the garden. There are two suites on the ground floor. The first has a 16m² bedroom with a 160cm-wide double bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC. This suite is also suitable for people with reduced mobility and has a sea view. The second suite overlooking the garden comprises a 23 m² bedroom with two single beds, each 90 cm wide, and a bathroom with shower and WC. An additional toilet is also located on this level of the house, as is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor: the first bedroom (23 m²) faces the sea and has a 160 cm-wide double bed. Two other bedrooms (20 m²) each have two single beds 90 cm wide. The fourth bedroom (18 m²) overlooks the garden and also has three 90 cm wide single beds. The upstairs facilities are completed by a third bathroom with bath, large separate shower and double washbasin, and a further separate toilet. Oil-fired heating is available for cooler days. Please note, however, that there is an additional charge for the use of heating. Wireless internet access is free of charge. One of the two ground-floor suites is wheelchair accessible.
The house has a large furnished terrace of 30 m² on the garden side, which is accessible from the kitchen. Other garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are available in the garden. The hot outdoor shower is handy when returning from the beach. Pets are welcome, on request to the owner and subject to conditions (no access to bedrooms, no disturbance to neighbours and garden kept clean).
