The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a boules court and a barbecue and there are three sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, two toilets, a bath and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and two coffee makers.

Located in Pénestin, this spacious 5-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends. Just 800 m from the beach, the home offers easy access to coastal fun, including shell collecting, mussel foraging, and fishing at water tables during low tide. Explore the town center (3 km) for restaurants, supermarkets, and local charm. Nearby attractions include Guérande (20 km) with its salt marshes and medieval streets, and Vannes, just 40 minutes away, known for its castles and historic architecture. Relax in the fenced garden with outdoor furniture, or enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. Indoors, unwind by the fireplace, watch a movie on the TV/DVD player, or play a game on the boules court. A children's bed and high chair are provided free of charge. Please note: electric car charging is not permitted due to electricity costs. The nearest airport is 85 km away, and the train station is 30 km from the property.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
