The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Open office 12 m2. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Large, open kitchen 20 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
