Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small patio 18 m2, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the centre of Vivier sur Mer, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 1 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. Private: small garden (fenced), parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, bakery, café 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "La grève" 700 m, railway station "Gare de la Gouesnière" 9 km, sandy beach "de Cherrueix" 5 km, thermal baths "Thermes marin de Saint Malo" 19 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
