At the crossroads of the most prestigious places in Brittany, La Résidence Odalys Domaine de L'Emeraude welcomes you in one of its small houses divided into islets 500m from Tronchet, a charming little village located in the Malouin hinterland which has many tourist attractions located 20km from Dinan, 25km from Saint Malo and 42km from Mont Saint Michel. The Emerald Coast and its beaches are 20 minutes by car.
The residence, benefiting from an exceptional environment, is made up of small houses divided into blocks and has a heated indoor swimming pool.
Different multi-sport grounds are available to enhance your stay: pétanque court, ping pong table, and a playground to delight the little ones.
At Saint Malo Golf Club (Le Tronchet), you can benefit from a 20% reduction on green fees for Odalys and Golf Club des Ormes vacationers (Dol et Bretagne)
Excursions at sea or on the Rance.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
